The Chef will present 3 signature main courses showcasing the freshness & quality of the week’s best dishes from Camille’s kitchen & suppliers. Complete with matching side dishes & classic sauces, your guests can taste an array of Bistro fare unlike any other dining experience in the North West.
You will choose 3 out of the following 5 dishes:
Poisson du Jour - Fish of the Day (TBA closer to the event)
Demi Poulet Roti et son Jus - Roasted Chicken w Jus
Canard aux Cerises - Confit Duck Leg w Cherry Sauce
Boeuf Bourguignon - Casserole of Beef in Red Wine
Poitrine Role de Porc Pomme Boulangere - Rolled pork belly roasted w potatoes, mushroom, onion & speck
Dégustation de dessert- Chef's classic dessert selection featuring both sweet & savoury items. Don’t forget to leave some room!
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Depending on existing bookings, group sittings (10+ guests) are available:
Monday-Thursday from 5.30pm-8.00pm
Friday & Saturday from 7.30pm onwards
Price per guest is $69 for 3x courses and $79 for 4x courses. Final numbers must be confirmed 3 days prior, with charges applied & menu prepped to this number. A deposit may be requested at the discretion of management.
